The Audi Q5 is a series of compact luxury crossover SUVs produced by the German luxury automobile manufacturer Audi from 2008.[1] The original first-generation (Typ 8R) model was the third fellow member of the B8 family to be released after the Audi A5 and fourth-generation A4, all being based on the Audi MLB platform. The 2d generation Q5 (Typ 80A) debuted in 2022 and shares the Audi MLB Evo platform with the corresponding B9 versions of the A4 and A5.

The 2022 Model Year includes the Generation three infotainment technologies. This includes a digital market place in the myAudi app to add Audi Connect plans and SiriusXM with 360L.[53]

The 2022 Q5 was announced at the end of June 2022[54] and with expected first deliveries at the end of 2022.

The Q5 was launched in India on 23 November 2022 offering 2 variants - Premium Plus and Technology.[55]
